Built around COPO 2–15 W Qi receiver ICs with charger and protection ICs, plus LUQIN MEMS microphones for voice pickup and optional ZettaSensing ultra-low-power PPG for in-ear heart rate — an immediately actionable TWS BOM. Inside the case, FPC / FFC connectors and multi-slot card sockets handle routing, while multi-position contacts and battery holders keep assembly yield up.
LUQIN's LQBP003TA delivers 0.2 Pa-class effective resolution for floor and altitude recognition (about ±5 cm). ZettaSensing ZSPD400x / ZSBM800x cover heart rate, SpO₂ and sleep, while the ZSFS100x digital force chip enables crown and bezel touch. The whole chain is power-optimized for small-battery wearables and scales from single-lead to 12-lead cascade, so one platform serves bands through medical ECG patches.
Using LUQIN LQBP001TA / LQBP003TA (±0.3 Pa noise, 0.2 Pa effective resolution) with drift compensation and calibration-free reflow, we provide stable altitude hold and indoor/outdoor positioning for drones; water-resistant packaging handles outdoor rain and condensation. The same approach serves e-cigarette pressure calibration and 5G RF front-end pressure compensation.
A smart ring leaves almost no room for parts, yet must deliver HR/SpO₂, workload sensing and wear detection within milliwatt power. The core is the ZettaSensing ZSPD400x ultra-low-power PPG front end (LED current in the 10 µA range); a 2.0×2.0×0.75 mm barometer such as LQBP002TA adds workload and calorie estimation; and the ZSIR11xx smart PIR processor handles wear detection and raise-to-wake. The whole chain is optimized for low power and wearing comfort — no external chest strap required.

The ZettaSensing ZSPD5188 photoacoustic particulate detector and photoacoustic CO₂ sensors provide real-time PM2.5 and CO₂ readings that drive ventilation and purifier switching logic. Paired with LUQIN barometers for differential-pressure checks, filter replacement becomes condition-based instead of schedule-based.
Using GOALTOP ultra-small DFN1006 TVS/ESD devices, we provide reference protection designs for USB2.0, Type-C PD, HDMI, 100 M Ethernet, CAN bus and antenna ports, along with pin-to-pin second-source suggestions that cut cost without board changes.
From 0.35 mm board-to-board and FPC connectors to locking wafers, battery contacts and shielded FFC ribbons, we provide one-stop selection, sampling and low-volume delivery around mechanical and routing requirements.
